Newton's Welding
PAYMENT TERMS
Newton's Welding provides mobile, emergency, and in-shop welding services. Payment terms depend on the type of work and must be established before work begins.
STANDARD MOBILE & EMERGENCY SERVICE
Unless Net Terms have been approved in writing before dispatch, payment is due in full before our crew leaves the job site.
Travel time, welding time, repair time, setup, troubleshooting, standby time, and time spent waiting for customer authorization or payment are all billable time.
If your company requires internal approval, purchase orders, vendor registration, a payment portal, or another administrative process, those requirements must be completed before dispatch whenever possible.
Waiting on approval or payment after the work is complete does not stop billable time.
Customer vendor portals or internal payment policies do not automatically change Newton's Welding payment terms.
NET 30 ACCOUNTS
Net 30 terms are available only to approved commercial customers.
Net 30 must be requested and approved before the job is scheduled or dispatched.
Jobs performed under Net 30 terms may be billed at a different commercial account rate than standard immediate-payment work.
Unless Newton's Welding has provided written approval for Net 30 terms, the invoice remains due upon completion of the work.
BEFORE WE DISPATCH
By authorizing Newton's Welding to travel to your location, you acknowledge the quoted rates, travel charges, payment requirements, and applicable billing terms.
